Bitcoin legislation

 Speaking of legislation and criminalization of the use of electronic money... Is bitcoin electronic money?  If so, then there was already electronic money as electronic card companies do... But here we also have to talk about the value of a right... The value of an nft that gives the right to something special or unique... Or simply a nft of obligation... The value of a nft and the utility of the contract...

 You can or have to legislate a useful nft just like the use of Bitcoin 🤔 it seems that they are different but both under the blockchain system... So it is blockchain that needs to be legislated... How it is used and how it is not used blockchain... Is that what we should legislate?  🤔

 What is the goal of legislating the use of blockchain technology or payments with electronic money such as bitcoin... If there are already laws for traditional electronic money, there should be the correction of the laws... Whichever the cases, which is the objective of legislating the use of cryptocurrencies... The objective is the control of transfers, the control of someone's wealth... Or is it a legislation based on what is right and what is wrong, on what is illegal and what is legal, like all the laws of the part and its counterpart...

 And if we are going to punish the use of bitcoin and blockchain, it is obvious to think that the maximum penalty is death and the minimum, what would it be?

 The minimum penalties would be from payments of money or fines, minimum punishments such as donating the convicted person's time... Or sentences in solitary confinement or prison... If possible, sentences based on donating time or receiving money... So it is possible that any act maximum penalty such as death is settled with money or time...

 Or simply the bitcoin and blockchain legislation is limited to punishing the use of Bitcoin, not the action, if there is a death it is not up to blockchain and bitcoin experts to question or give a verdict taking the death into account, that is up to governments directly and their judicial systems...

 And what is the maximum sin in Bitcoin and blockchain, because it would be to use it for the purpose of killing a person... That is, if someone dies and it is verified that they were paid with bitcoins, then they are punished even if death has not been achieved... 🤔

Hablando de legislación y penalización del uso del dinero electrónico... Es bitcoin dinero electrónico? Si es así pues ya había dinero electrónico como lo hacen las empresas de tarjetas electrónicas... Pero aquí también tenemos que hablar del valor de un derecho... Del valor de un nft que da derecho a algo especial o único... O simplemente un nft de obligación... El valor de un nft y la utilidad del contrato...

Se puede o se tiene que legislar un nft de utilidad igualmente que el uso de Bitcoin 🤔 parece ser que son distintos pero ambos bajo el sistema blockchain... Entonces es blockchain lonque se necesita legislar... Cómo se utiliza y como no se utiliza blockchain... Es eso lo que debemos legislar? 🤔 

Cuál es la meta de legislar el uso de la tecnología blockchain o los pagos con dinero electrónico como bitcoin... Si ya hay leyes para el dinero tradicional electrónico, debería ser ahí la corrección de las leyes ... Cuál sea los casos cuál es el objetivo de legislar el uso de cripto divisas... La finalidad es el control de las transferencias, el control de las riquezas de alguien... O es una legislación basada en lo correcto y lo incorrecto, en lo ilegal y lo legal, como todo las leyes de la parte y su contra parte...

Y si vamos a castigar el uso del bitcoin y blockchain es obvio pensar que la pena máxima es la muerte y la mínima cuál seria? 

La penas mínimas serían desde pagos de dinero o multas, castigos mínimos como donar tiempo del condenado... O condenas en aislamiento o prisión... Si es posible condenas basadas en donar tiempo o recibir dinero... Entonces es posible que cualquier acto de pena máxima como la muerte sea saldada con dinero o con tiempo... 

O simplemente la legislación de bitcoin y blockchain se limita a castigar el uso de Bitcoin no la acción, si hay una muerte no le compete a expertos blockchain y bitcoin cuestionar o dar un veredicto tomando en cuenta la muerte, eso le compete directamente a los gobiernos y sus sistemas judiciales...

Y cuál es el pecado máximo en Bitcoin y blockchain, pues sería usarlo para el fin de que muera una persona... Osea si alguien muere y se comprueba que fue pagado con bitcoins entonces se castiga aunque la muerte no se haya logrado... 🤔
