 CONSIDERACIONES Y CRITERIOS DEL MERCADO BLOCKCHAIN EN AMÉRICA DEL NORTE La república del Salvador hace el bitcoin de curso legal cómo moneda para pagos. Por consiguiente a lo interno de la república del Salvador deberían de haber alguna institución u organización que sea especializada en el comercio con dinero electrónico basado en la tecnología blockchain. La pregunta es si se regula bitcoin como dinero electrónico o si es la tecnología blockchain la que se debe considerar regular. Yo soy de los que tengo el criterio que se debe regular todo el proceso del dinero electrónico como el bitcoin y eso sería regular desde el agua, la generación eléctrica, la tecnología blockchain y todos los proyectos, productos y servicios que se realizan con la tecnología blockchain, incluyendo cualquier tipo de proyecto de dinero electrónico que sea no centralizado como el bitcoin. Y si mi criterio se aplicará radicalmente debería de haber conjuntos de profesionales que están estrechamente relacionados
